These Terms govern your use of the Orea online store and purchases made through it. References to “Orea,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the business operating this store.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies referenced below.
1. Eligibility and Account Information
You must be legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement.
You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
You must not commit fraud, impersonate another person, interfere with website operations, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another party’s rights.
We may restrict access or decline transactions when reasonably necessary to address suspected misuse or security concerns.
3. Products and Descriptions
We aim to describe the Orea Posture Bra™ accurately, including its available sizes, colors, features, and care requirements.
Images are illustrative. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Fit and comfort can vary between individuals, so please consult the product’s size guide before ordering.
We may update product information and correct errors. Material changes affecting an existing order will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
4. Product Use and Care
Use and care for your Orea Posture Bra™ according to the instructions supplied with the product.
Descriptions of support, fit, and comfort do not guarantee a particular outcome for every wearer. The product is not a substitute for medical assessment or treatment.
If wearing the product causes pain, skin irritation, numbness, or other discomfort, discontinue use and seek appropriate advice.
Damage caused by improper washing, alteration, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions may affect return eligibility, subject to applicable consumer rights.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated or disclosed during checkout. Prices and promotions may change, but changes do not automatically alter an already accepted order.
Payment authorization is required before fulfillment. If payment cannot be completed or verified, we may pause or cancel the order.
6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment issues, delivery restrictions, or a material pricing or listing error.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled items to the original payment method.
Customer cancellation requests are subject to fulfillment status, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Shipping
Our Shipping Policy explains processing times, estimated delivery, tracking, address responsibilities, and delivery issues.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If a material delay occurs, we will handle the order and any cancellation or refund rights in accordance with applicable law.
8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and meet the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.
9. Promotions
Discount codes and promotional offers may carry separate eligibility requirements, deadlines, and exclusions.
Unless the offer states otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to completed purchases.
10. Intellectual Property
Orea branding and website materials—including logos, photographs, videos, text, and design elements—belong to Orea or their respective licensors.
Except where permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use these materials without the relevant owner’s permission.
11. Reviews and Customer Submissions
When submitting a review, photograph, video, or other material, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to share it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights.
Reviews must reflect your honest experience. Do not submit unlawful content, false statements, or another person’s private information without permission.
You grant Orea a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce and display voluntarily submitted content for store operations and marketing, subject to applicable privacy law and any additional consent requirements.
We may moderate content that violates these Terms. Honest negative reviews will not be removed solely because they are unfavorable.
12. Third-Party Services
Our store uses third-party services, including payment providers, delivery companies, and Shopify’s ecommerce platform.
External services and linked websites may have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their independent content or operations.
13. Privacy

No provision excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any nonwaivable consumer rights.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Orea for reasonable losses arising from your unlawful use of the website or infringement of a third party’s rights.
This provision does not apply to losses caused by Orea’s own unlawful conduct.
